My first Children's Book

My senior capstone project will be a children’s book full of illustrations. The design challenge will be to create a narrative in visual storytelling that demonstrates a valuable life lesson to children. The book will be fully illustrated, and I’ll be using illustrator, indesign, and procreate to bring the story to life. I’m aiming for an art style that captures the colorful look of a kaleidoscope.  My book’s target audience will be for young kids at the age of 4 to 8 years old. I’m excited to work on this project because I have always been interested in illustrating a children’s book and this will be a great opportunity to pursue that interest.
