Type Manipulation

For this assignment I used Adobe Illustrator where I created 4 posters using only one typeface with a black and white color palette that consists of shades of gray. I designed each poster with the four elements fire, water, air, and earth. My plan for each design was to stretch the type in different ways from bottom to the top. I wanted air to be as light as possible, water to look almost liquidly, earth to look like crumbs building the earth and lastly fire like the words are on fire.
